Delete Account

How to Delete Your Payyup Account?

We're sorry to see you go. If you'd like to permanently delete your Payyup account,
you can do so using either of the methods below.

Option 1: Delete In-App

  • Open the Payyup app
  • Go to Profile in the bottom navigation
  • Tap Settings
  • Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  • Confirm your decision when prompted

Your account will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2: Email Us

If you're unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing us at

Please include the following in your email:

  • The name on your account
  • The email address associated with your account

We will process your request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

What happens when you delete your account?

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed
  • Your bet history will be deleted
  • This action cannot be undone
