What bets can I sign up for?
There are no bets to sign up for, the bet is up to you! You can create you very own customized bet along with what the winner gets or what the loser has to do.Your friend loses a bet and has to shave his head? Payyup! Your wife loses a bet and has to take the kids out to a theme park? Payyup! Again, the freedom is in your hands.
Who can I wager against?
In Payyup, you can make a wager with anyone. They can be either your friends, or someone in the Payyup community.
Are there odds or stakes listed for each bet?
There are no odds, betting lines, financial stakes, etc. Payyup is unlike any the other betting sites in that the bet and stakes are up to the user. Also we make the betting process as simple as possible, so don’t worry about odds and all the other betting mumbo jumbo.
How does Payyup hold people accountable when they lose?
We believe having a social community who can engage in your wagers holds people accountable to make sure they….well….Payyup! Although Payyup can not legally make someone pay up when they lose a bet, having a community of people socially applying pressure to the culprit strongly helps with accountability.
Does Payyup handle the money for me when I bet money with my friends?
No, Payyup does not accept money or any funds for bets. If you make a bet with your friend using money, you can still place the bet on payyup, and even share who wins or loses. However, the exchange of funds should be held outside of the application.
Is there a fee or anything I have to pay when using Payyup?
There are no fees or any financial commitment required to use Payyup. Just use the app and enjoy!
