Payyup is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Users found to be under the age of 18 will have their accounts permanently removed.

Our Commitments

• We do not permit minors to create accounts or use our platform
• We require age confirmation during account registration
• Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are subject to immediate suspension and deletion

Reporting a Minor

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

Reporting Inappropriate Content

If you encounter any content that exploits, endangers, or is inappropriate in relation to minors, please report it immediately to safety@payyupapp.com.

We will review all reports and take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
